So, me made some!!! They are not good old fashioned homemade chocolate chip cookies (nothing can compete with those!), yet they are still super tasty. And grain-free. Ok, they’re pretty much everything-free, as there are only 4 ingredients: shredded coconut, bananas, chocolate chips (‘Enjoy Life’ dairy-free) and walnuts. I was surprised how well they stayed together after baking them. I’ve been wanting to bake some yummy healthy desserts to keep around as I do like a chocolate fix every so often (in other words, all the time). I’d even freeze these cookies, but not sure they’re going to last long enough for that ;)
